This Policy is an official document of UMINERS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD., located at 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD #08-55 PAYA LEBAR SQUARE SINGAPORE (409051), and determines the procedure for processing and protection of personal data of individuals who use the services of uminers.com and its services.

The UMINERS TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. and its international affiliates (collectively "UMINERS", "we", "us" and "our") respect your privacy. Therefore, we have developed a Privacy Statement (hereinafter "this Statement") that describes how we collect, use, disclose, protect, store and share your personal information when you use our websites, products or services. Please take the time to read and understand our Privacy Statement and let us know if you have any questions.

Personal Data means any electronic or other information that, by itself or together with other information, can be used to identify an individual or make an individual recognizable. This Statement explains how UMINERS processes your personal data, but does not cover all processing scenarios, as you will be informed during specific data processing activities.

This Statement applies only to websites, products and services that display or mention this Statement.

I. How UMINERS collects and uses your personal data

A. Personal Data collected by UMINERS

Personal Data means any data that by itself or in combination with other data can be used to identify a natural person. You directly provide such data to us when you use our websites, products or services, or interact with us, such as by creating a UMINERS account or contacting us for advice, support or leaving a feedback request. We may also obtain data by recording how you interact with our websites, products or services. For example, we may use technologies such as cookies or obtain data about the use of software on your device. Where possible and in accordance with the law, we may also obtain data from publicly available and commercially available third party sources, for example, by purchasing statistics from other companies to support our services. The personal data we collect includes name, business name, mailing and e-mail addresses, phone number, login information (account and password), photos and certificate information, etc., depending on how you interact with UMINERS, such as the website you visit or the products and services you use. We also collect information you provide to us and the content of communications you send to us, such as request information you provide or questions or information provided for customer support. In addition, we may also collect non-personalized data that relates to data that cannot be used to identify an individual, such as statistics about website visits, app downloads, and product sales volume.

You may be required to provide personal data before using our products or services. You are under no obligation to provide your personal data to UMINERS, but in some cases, refusing to provide certain personal data may result in the inability to provide you with certain related products or services.

B. How UMINERS uses your personal data

UMINERS may use your personal data for the following purposes:

(1) UMINERS ID registration.

(2) E-commerce order information may be used to process your purchase order and related post-sale services, including customer support and re-delivery. In addition, the order number is used to reconcile the order with the delivery partner as well as the actual delivery of the parcel. The receipt details including name, address, phone number and postal code are for delivery purposes. The email address is used to send tracking information of the parcel to the user. The list of purchased items is used to print the invoice and allows users to see what is in the parcel.

(3) Delivering, activating or verifying the products and services you have requested, or performing modifications and providing technical support and after-sales services for the above products and services according to your requirements.

(4) Sending important notifications.

(5) Providing personalized user experience and content.

(6) Sending you information about products and services that may be of interest to you, inviting you to UMINERS promotional events and market surveys, or sending you marketing information. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may opt out at any time.

(7) Collection of User Reviews. The feedback you choose to provide is important to help UMINERS improve our services. To process your feedback, we may use the personal information you provide to contact you and maintain records.

(8) Conducting internal audits, data analysis and research; analyzing the effectiveness of business operations and measuring market share; and improving UMINERS products and services.

(9) Troubleshooting the sending of error reports to us.

(10) Ensuring the security of our products, services and customers or users.

(11) Processing in accordance with laws and regulations, e.g. tax laws, requests from authorities.

(12) Other purposes within the scope of specific services or with your consent.

II. How UMINERS uses cookies and similar technologies

UMINERS websites, online services, interactive applications, e-mail messages and advertisements may use "cookies" and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our websites have been visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertising and web searches. We consider information collected through cookies and other technologies to be non-personal information. However, because local laws may treat Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers as personal information, we also treat these identifiers as personal information.

A. Cookie

A cookie is a text file that a web server stores on a computer or mobile device, and the contents of a cookie can only be retrieved and read by the server that created the cookie. Cookies are unique to the browser or mobile application you are using. The text in a cookie often consists of identifiers, site names and some numbers and symbols.

Sometimes UMINERS stores cookies on computers or mobile devices to improve the user experience, including the following scenarios:

(1) Technical Cookies: Login and Verification. When you use a UMINERS ID to log into a website, "session" cookies ensure that your visit to that site runs most smoothly.

(2) Personalized cookies: Storing your preferences and settings. The website may use cookies to store preferences such as language settings and font size on your computer or mobile device, items in your shopping cart, and other browser preferences.

(3) Advertising Cookies. UMINERS uses cookies to collect information about your online activities and interests and to provide you with advertising that is most relevant to your preferences.

(4) Statistical Cookies. Through the use of cookies, UMINERS may collect information about your use of our websites and other applications, whether it is a single visit (using a session cookie) or multiple visits (using a persistent cookie).

You may manage or delete cookies at your discretion. For more information, visit AboutCookies.org. You can clear all cookies stored on your computer, and most modern web browsers provide the ability to block cookies. However, blocking cookies will require you to change your user preferences each time you visit our website. Learn how to manage cookie settings for your browser here: Internet Explorer > Google Chrome > Mozilla Firefox > Safari > Opera.

If you clear your cookies, you will have to change your settings the next time you visit UMINERS websites. Please note that some UMINERS services require the use of cookies. Disabling cookies may affect your use of some or all functions of these services.

B. Web beacons and pixel tags

In addition to cookies, UMINERS and certain third parties may also use web beacons and pixel tags on websites. A web beacon is typically an electronic graphic image embedded in a website or email to identify your device's cookies when it browses the site or emails. Pixel tags allow UMINERS to send emails in a way that you can read them and know whether the email has been opened.

UMINERS and certain third parties use these technologies for a variety of purposes, including analyzing service usage (along with cookies) and providing more satisfactory content and advertising to you. For example, when you receive an email from UMINERS, it may contain a URL with a link that takes you to a UMINERS web page. If you click on the link, UMINERS will track your visit to help us learn about your product and service preferences and improve our customer service. You may unsubscribe from the UMINERS mailing list at any time if you do not wish to be tracked in this manner.

C. Other Local Storage

UMINERS and certain third parties may use other local storage technologies, such as local shared objects (also called "Flash cookies") and HTML5 local storage, in certain products and services. Like cookies, these technologies store information on your device and may record some information about your activities and preferences. However, these technologies may use different media than cookies. Therefore, you may not be able to control them using standard browser tools and settings.

D. Do Not Track feature

Many web browsers provide a "Do Not Track" feature that can pass "Do Not Track" requests to websites. At this time, the leading Internet standards organizations have not established policies that define how websites should handle these requests. If you activate the "Do Not Track" feature in your browser, all UMINERS websites respect your choice.

III. How UMINERS shares your personal data

We do not share personal data with other companies, organizations and individuals unless one of the following circumstances applies:

(1) Sharing with consent: After obtaining your consent, UMINERS will share the information you have authorized with specified third parties or categories of third parties.

(2) Sharing as required by laws and regulations: UMINERS may share your information as required by laws and regulations to resolve legal disputes or as required by administrative or judicial authorities pursuant to law.

(3) Sharing with UMINERS affiliates: Your information may be shared within UMINERS affiliates only for explicit and lawful purposes, and sharing is limited to information required by the services. For example, we verify the global uniqueness of accounts before allowing their registration.

(4) Sharing with Service Providers: UMINERS may also disclose your information to companies that provide services on our behalf or for us. Examples of such service providers include companies that provide hotline services, send e-mail, or provide technical support on behalf of UMINERS. Service providers may only use your information for the purpose of providing services to you on behalf of UMINERS.

(5) UMINERS will share your information when there is a reasonable requirement to do so, such as to fulfill a request by an applicable law, regulation, legal process or binding governmental decision.

In scenarios 3 through 5, UMINERS will ensure that this sharing is lawful and will enter into strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and/or data protection agreements with companies, organizations and individuals with whom it shares personal data, requiring them to comply with this Statement and to take appropriate privacy and security measures when processing personal data.

IV. How UMINERS protects your personal data

UMINERS places great importance on the security of your personal data and has adopted industry standard practices to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage or loss. To that end, UMINERS takes the following steps:

(1) We take reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that the personal data collected is minimized and consistent with what is necessary in connection with the purposes for which it is processed. We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this Statement and the privacy notice of the particular product or service, unless an extension of the retention period is required or permitted by law.

(2) We utilize a number of technologies, such as cryptographic technologies, to ensure data privacy during transmission. We implement robust defense mechanisms to protect data and storage servers from attacks.

(3) We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your personal data. In addition, we control the number of authorized personnel and implement hierarchical permission management for them based on service requirements and personnel levels.

(4) We rigorously select business partners and service providers and include privacy requirements in commercial contracts, audits and evaluation activities.

(5) We conduct training courses, tests, and security and privacy awareness activities to increase employees' awareness of personal data protection.

UMINERS is committed to protecting your personal data. However, no security measure is perfect and no product, service, website, data transmission, computing system or network connection is completely secure.

To cope with possible risks such as personal data leakage, damage and loss, UMINERS has developed several mechanisms and control measures, clearly defined standards for the security assessment of incidents and vulnerabilities and an appropriate handling procedure. UMINERS has established a specialized emergency response team to implement security planning, loss reduction, analysis, containment and remediation, and perform traceability operations with relevant departments based on security incident handling rules and requirements.

In the event of an incident involving personal data, UMINERS will notify you in accordance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements of basic information about the security incident and its possible impact, measures that UMINERS has taken or will take, suggestions for active protection and risk reduction, and remediation measures. Notification can be sent in the form of email, text message, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify data subjects one by one, we will take appropriate and effective measures to publish a Security Notice. In addition, we will also communicate the status of the processing of personal data security incidents as required by supervisory authorities.

V. How you can manage your personal data

A. Access, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing.

Legislation in certain countries and regions where UMINERS offers products and services or from which UMINERS processes personal data provides data subjects with rights to make requests ("requests") regarding access, rectification, erasure or destruction, portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing of linked personal data stored by UMINERS.

Methods and channels for submitting requests

Requests by data subjects must be submitted in accordance with the privacy channels established by UMINERS. Requests are valid even if the requester does not specify the laws on which the requests are based.

If you would like to request access to your personal data that we hold about you, or believe that any information we hold about you is incomplete or incorrect, please submit your request to our online service. A copy of your personal data collected and processed by us will be provided to you upon your request free of charge. For any additional requests for the same information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on actual administrative costs in accordance with applicable laws.

Validity of Requests

Most laws require data subjects to comply with specific requirements when initiating them. This statement requires data subjects to:

(1) Submit requests to our online service.

(2) Provide sufficient information for UMINERS to verify their identity (to ensure that those initiating requests are themselves data subjects or those authorized by them).

(3) Ensure that their requests are specific and enforceable.

There are some circumstances under laws and regulations in which UMINERS may not fulfill a request in whole or at all.

B. Withdrawal of Consent

You may change the permitted scope of collection of personal data or withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing activities based on and prior to such withdrawal.

Your rights can be exercised by deleting information, disabling related features or customizing privacy settings in the UMINERS product. UMINERS will publish consent withdrawal methods for specific products and services in the privacy notice or supplemental statement of those products and services or upon request in accordance with Section A above.

C. Deleting a UMINERS ID Account

You may delete your account in the products associated with UMINERS ID. Upon deletion of your account, we will discontinue providing products and services and delete your personal information, unless otherwise required by law. Your account cannot be restored after deletion. You will need to register a new UMINERS ID if you wish to use the linked UMINERS products or services again. You can apply for deletion and complete the process in the settings menu after logging in to your UMINERS ID on the associated devices, apps or official website.

VI. Links to third-party websites, products and services

UMINERS websites, applications, products and services may contain links to third party websites, products and services. UMINERS products and services may also utilize or provide products or services from third parties.

All links to third party websites, products and services are provided solely as a convenience to users. We are not responsible for and cannot control how third parties use the personal information they collect from you. Our privacy policy does not apply to other websites that are linked from our services.

You need to determine your own interaction with such links. Before sharing your personal information with third parties, please read and note the privacy policies of those third parties.

VII. International transfers of your personal data

Our products and services are provided through resources and servers located in different locations. In order to offer our products and services, we may need to transfer your personal data between multiple countries. Authorized UMINERS employees and third parties acting on our behalf may access, use and process personal data collected from you in a country/region that is different from the country/region where you entered the personal data and that may have less stringent data protection laws. When we transfer your personal data to other countries/regions, we will protect that personal data as described in this statement or otherwise inform you at the time of collection (e.g., through a privacy notice or additional product or service-specific statement).

UMINERS has implemented global privacy practices to process personal data protected by various data protection laws. UMINERS transfers personal data between the countries in which we operate in accordance with the standards and conditions of applicable data protection laws, including standards and conditions related to security and processing.

For personal data originating in the EU, we comply with applicable legal requirements that provide adequate safeguards for transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We utilize various legal mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses to effect cross-border transfers of your personal data; or implement other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
