Warranty & Insurance

Warranty & After-Sales Support
Every Antminer S23 Hyd 3U purchased through Uminers is fully covered under the official Bitmain manufacturer warranty, ensuring quality, reliability, and peace of mind for every client.
Warranty Coverage
- Standard Warranty Period:12 months from the factory shipping date (as recorded by Bitmain).
The warranty covers hardware defects, hashboard failures, control board issues, and power supply malfunctions not caused by external damage or misuse.
Replacement or repair is performed directly through Bitmain’s authorized service centers or through Uminers’ certified repair partners.
Warranty Process
- If a miner experiences performance issues, contact Uminers Support with your order ID, serial number, and diagnostic information.
Our technical team will assist with troubleshooting and RMA submission to Bitmain.
Units under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost, excluding shipping if required.
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect power input, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
Operation outside of the recommended environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, coolant quality).
Firmware tampering or use of non-official control software.
Physical damage, corrosion, or missing parts.
