Guide to warranty repair products

Thank you for choosing Uminers as your equipment supplier.

In order to use the warranty service, you need to send a request to support@uminers.com.

In the request, indicate the order number and dispatch details: recipient’s name, address, phone number, zip code, serial number, model. Afterwards, we will contact you and discuss all the details regarding the problem and its solution. In case you need to use delivery by warranty, you will need to provide the tracking number of the package to Uminers support as soon as it is sent. Pack the package carefully. If the board is damaged during the transportation, the manufacturer will not accept the miner for warranty repair.

The Uminers team reserves the right to check serial numbers in order to confirm the origin of the order. If the product was purchased from third-party suppliers, and not from Uminers, warranty is not provided or is provided on a paid basis at the discretion of company management.
